The Spencer's Burrowing Frog is an Amphibian and has a grey, brown and black look. It also has webbed feet and very smooth skin

Habitat

This frog lives underground in a moist spot near river gorges. It lives hear due to the moist weather and moist weather helps because they drink through there skin.

Diet

Spencer's Burrowing frogs will eat anything it can but it loves termites

Adaptations

There are not many adaptations for Spencer's Burrowing Frog but it still has some. One adaptation is that they have digging implants on the back of there legs. They use them on accessions such as when they dig to make there home that they might live in for years! They drink water through there skin and not there mouth. Digging is another adaptation they inhabit. They have this because they need a home/shelter.  They will only come out of there hole if there's rain and then they will feed and reproduce. ​

Reproduction

They reproduce when there is rain, the male waits in a pond and will call for a female using a soft voice. They will not stop the call until a female has come.
